* Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
* Knowledge and experience using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, both manual and power, and handling chemicals with close attention to safety rules
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications and directions
