Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement mechanical facilities systems for industrial facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing tools
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline design teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks software
  • Provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of mechanical facilities systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to improve mechanical facilities systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Three years of practical application of mechanical facilities engineering, including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facilities systems
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Two years of experience working with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools, either their manufacture, installation, or use in cleanrooms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams
  • Working knowledge of the Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC)
  • One year of field experience in an industrial facility
