Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Lisa Faina Allstate Agency. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering phone calls, and assisting with tasks such as processing payments, making policy changes, and troubleshooting billing questions.

About the Role
  • Answer phone calls and greet walk-in clients with a polite and professional manner
  • Assist current customers with service-related tasks, including but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, and troubleshooting billing questions
  • Assist the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Requirements
  • Currently have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Have a minimum 1 year P&C Industry Experience
  • Have a proven track record of dependability and reliability, showing up to work as scheduled, on time
  • Desire to want to help educate others on insurance and its importance
  • Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
  • Have the ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
