The estimated salary for this Support Services Coordinator position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
  2. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  3. Process and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  4. Assist with special events, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
  5. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  6. Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
