Job Summary:

The Sales Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and partnership development. This role requires a strong understanding of the waste management industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to apply consultative and solutions-based selling skills
  • Applied skills in negotiation, bid responses, contract management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience with sales automation technology and software packages, including MS Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel
  • Superior written and oral communication skills combined with above-average organization, interpersonal, listening, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
