In our fast-paced retail environment, we are seeking a dedicated Store Protection Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic setting and take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.
About the Job:
This position provides a visible presence at store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud while maintaining a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring store entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft indicators.
* Develop great teams and partnerships by providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive company image.
* Mitigate theft and fraud by identifying suspicious behavior and gathering theft indicators.
Requirements:
* High school education or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
* One year of retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
* One year of loss prevention/security training preferred;
* Active security guard license preferred.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
