  • Review and assess current technology infrastructure to ensure it supports strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Odoo development, with a robust understanding of Odoo architecture and module customization.
  • Proficient in Python programming, along with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
  • Strong grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Capability to analyze, design, and develop software solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Linux environments is advantageous.

Education:

  • Graduate degree, MS/MCA, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar domain.

Compensation: $90,289.00 - $121,890.00 Annually. This range reflects what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, though actual offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
