Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
  • Current appropriate State licensure
  • One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
  • Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
