Position Overview

Candidates should possess experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as a basic understanding of iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Design and conduct training sessions for users, ensuring accessibility and understanding of various software tools.
- Offer guidance on the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, providing one-on-one or group training as needed.
- Independently manage time and tasks effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills with faculty, staff, and students.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, maintaining the functionality of lab environments.
- Assist in administrative duties, including inventory management, cleaning, and ordering supplies.
- Supervise and mentor fellow student consultants, coordinating schedules and training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and support processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in public speaking and customer service is advantageous.
