About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to our rural communities.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in assigned areas, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and care plans
Qualifications and Requirements:
- License as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Alaska
- Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and additional certifications as required for specialty and scope of practice
- Ability to meet SCF's Employee Health Procedure requirements, including vaccinations and background checks
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $117,852.80 - $182,686.40 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
