About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Rural Order Associate to join our team at Liquor Stores USA.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a Monday through Friday schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing and building rural customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process and fill orders so they are ready to be completed within the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Transaction Management: Complete customer transactions on the POS device, including payment, and ensure all packages are properly labeled with customer information.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, as well as maintain accurate filing and records as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • TAP/TIPS Certificate.
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
