As a key member of the Technical Development team, you will take ownership of ongoing and upcoming projects in the Cell and Gene Therapy domain. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the interdisciplinary efforts within the broader CGT organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in cell therapy initiatives, effectively interpreting and communicating results.
- Evaluate data, draw pertinent conclusions, and prepare protocols, reports, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to peer review and process challenge discussions.
Core Duties Include:
- Design experiments, develop protocols, execute plans, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Provide scientific and technical leadership to ensure efficient and robust processes for the manufacture and analysis of drug substances and products.
- Present scientific and technical findings at internal and external meetings, and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Assume a pivotal scientific and technical role in teams, projects, and departmental activities.
- Ensure delivery on project milestones, including technical presentations and development reports.
- Adhere to organizational standards, particularly in quality, ethics, health, safety, and information security.
- Execute laboratory management tasks, including inventory oversight and organization, to facilitate high-quality experiment execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, or a Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong scientific background with a focus on CAR-T manufacturing and development processes.
- Recognized expertise in immunology, cell biology, and clinical research.
- Proven track record of fostering innovation and solving complex problems.
- Experience in primary cell isolation and maintenance.
- Strong communication and scientific writing skills.
