Lead Power Electronics Systems Design

Litens Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Systems Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of power electronics systems, including inverters, converters, and motor drives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate power electronics models using tools like Saber, Simplorer, MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape.
  • Define electronics architecture and lead activities in accordance with electronics simulation and design framework.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members.
  • Participate in the review and optimization of existing designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, FuSa, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Support product validation, certification, and compliance testing activities.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to power electronics systems during development and post-production phases.
Requirements:
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in power electronic circuit design, analysis, and simulation tools such as Ansys Q3D, SIwave, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
  • Experience with semiconductor devices, including IGBTs, MOSFETs, power devices, and their characteristics.
  • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
  • Good document and collaboration software understanding (MS Office, MS Teams, JIRA, etc.).
  • 5-8 years' experience with high-power applications in the automotive or related industry.
