Job Title: Power Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team in Modena, Italy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of next-generation power converters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project specifications and select the most suitable power conversion topology
  • Perform hardware simulations and design control loops
  • Develop schematic and BOM, and provide guidance to colleagues on PCB layout design
  • Develop control firmware and debug prototypes
  • Identify testing tools and create procedures to ensure compliance with EMC and safety regulations
  • Perform cost optimization and ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Native level of Italian and good English language skills
  • Experience with Altium and LTspice, as well as knowledge of power electronics and control loops
  • Programming skills in C and VHDL
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
