Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management of offshore power cable installation projects
  • Interface with clients, participating in project management meetings and preparing progress reports
  • Prepare project documentation, including communication plans, stakeholder plans, and risk registers
  • Manage permits and consent management processes, including permits to access sites and crossing agreements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulations
  • Manage project actions tracker register and follow-up on actions with relevant functions
  • Ensure timely documentation readiness, collaborating with customers and marine warranty surveyors
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer for major Oil&Gas EPC Contractors or Civil Contractors
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and technical bid evaluation
  • Experience with permits and consent management processes, as well as interface management between contractors
  • Proficiency in English, with good communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
Working Conditions:
  • Based in Milan HQ office, with flexibility to travel and work in diverse geographical locations in Europe
  • Contract minimum duration: 1 year, extendable
