**Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our top-performing team at KW Palo Alto. As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential, scheduling and attending property inspections, conducting market demographic and environmental studies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with businesses in various industries to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Schedule and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Conduct market demographic and environmental studies to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following up with customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers in negotiations over property prices and during the closing of sales

Requirements:

  • Valid Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
  • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
