Real Estate Sales Associate

A Real Estate Buyer's Agent is a key player in the home purchasing process, responsible for guiding clients through the sales funnel and ensuring a successful sale. This role requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to assess homebuyers' needs and continuously follow up to meet their expectations.
This position demands a high level of self-motivation, personability, and drive for personal achievement. Administrative and research skills are also essential, as Real Estate Buyer's Agents must be able to navigate complex transactions and stay up-to-date on market trends.
As a Real Estate Buyer's Agent, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. With experience and a strong client base, it's not uncommon for agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.
Job Responsibilities- Network with other real estate professionals to market your home listings.
- Stay informed on the local real estate market to stay ahead of the competition.
- Communicate effectively with clients and answer their questions in a timely manner.
- Represent clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
- Show a desire to build long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
