Education and Skills Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer and develop our Apprenticeship program in partnership with Lansing Community College, ensuring timely training and skills development for apprentices. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing lesson plans, hands-on projects, and processes based on standardized curriculum.
- Mentoring and supporting apprentice progress through regular meetings with mentors and providing individual support as needed.
- Cultivating the talent pipeline by participating in apprentice recruiting events and the Lansing Community College advisory board.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong instructional skills, including the ability to develop curriculum and create lesson plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to guide and support apprentices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain records, organize activities, and manage multiple priorities.
