IT Project Coordinator Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator Lead to join our team at Delaware Nation Industries.

This role involves supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within an Agile environment. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Agile Support: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to engage all team members.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure clear communication and address any issues that arise.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate status reports for stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and escalate them to the project manager, contributing to mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or management within an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
