Customer Service Operations Coordinator

The Customer Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective workflow of our client services team. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities
This role will involve managing client accounts, monitoring files and record-keeping systems, and coordinating receipt of all documents. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing rates sheets, budgets, timesheets, and vendor payments, as well as distributing mail and incoming enrollment documents appropriately.
- Liaise between management and client
- Responds to client calls, emails, answers inquiries, and provides resolution
- Manages issues experienced by participants
- Distributes problems/issues with appropriate staff
- Coordinates receipt of all documents
- Manages account maintenance
- Processes rates sheets, budgets, timesheets, and vendor payments
- Monitors files and record-keeping systems
- Works collaboratively with other staff
- Knowledgeable of all program policies and procedures
- Primarily responsible for customer service issues and escalations
