About the Role

As a Youth Empowerment Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their career goals and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. You will work closely with our Construction staff to support students as they develop knowledge, skills, and habits necessary for success in post-secondary education, training, and careers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and experience helping students set goals and work toward their completion. You will also be responsible for maintaining student records and fulfilling all responsibilities as a Case Management team member.
