Maxair Mechanical LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving new maintenance agreement sales, and managing and supporting key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate opportunities to promote and sell service agreements on the phone and face-to-face in both cold and warm call situations.
  2. Responsible for generating, pricing, bidding, and winning preventive maintenance agreements per Maxair's pricing plan and structure.
  3. Secure renewals from existing assigned customers by means of on-site visits, phone contacts, email, and tailored letters.
  4. Skillful in presentations to current and prospective customers with strong ability in conducting negotiations in a persuasive manner.
  5. Operate as the one point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  6. Sustain and broaden relationships with new and existing key customers by developing and maintaining relationships throughout the customer's organization.
  7. Manage small service projects and repairs, including implementation and billing for assigned customers.
  8. Collaborate with Maxair project managers to price, win, and account manage large service projects at assigned customers.
  9. Identify customer disagreements with the intention of managing and resolving them in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  10. Perform collection activities at assigned customers as required.
  11. Maintain written and electronic records of sales-related leads, contacts, referrals, etc.
  12. Track personal sales statistics and submit them to manager for period reviews.
  13. Support Maxair sales and marketing activity under the direction of the sales manager.
  14. Develop and maintain familiarity with all Maxair offerings.
  15. Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques.
  16. Maintain a liaison with product representatives and local suppliers to stay abreast of product lines, promotions, trends, etc.
