Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions.
- Provide clear instructions and technical support to clients and guests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful events.
- Maintain accurate client event information and review daily invoices.
- Comply with company security and safety measures and ensure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge in audio, video, data, staging, and computer operation.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
