Position Overview

We are in search of dedicated valet supervisors in Atlanta, GA, who are passionate about customer service. Our aim is to provide top-tier parking services, and we seek individuals who are friendly, approachable, and eager to create memorable experiences for our guests.

FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY

Previous valet experience is preferred

Compensation: $13/hour plus tips

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in engaging with guests and colleagues by exemplifying a positive attitude and strong influence.
  • Oversee operations by demonstrating expertise in guest services, parking logistics, and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively, including sharing vital communications.
  • Collaborate with the valet team to guarantee prompt and efficient service for every guest.
  • Train and mentor staff as required to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Implement appropriate service recovery strategies to enhance guest satisfaction with our services and team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance for yourself, your team, and the work environment while on duty.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred: Six months of leadership experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be friendly and approachable with guests and fellow employees.
  • Must have prior valet parking experience.
