We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Restaurant Manager to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a Valet Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, safety, and service-related success at our restaurant location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct the activities of Shift Leads and frontline staff to ensure maximum revenue, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain the highest level of safety and service thresholds and initiatives aligned with client expectations.
- Assist with the management and development of the restaurant team to accomplish annual and periodic goals/initiatives.
- Identify high potential employees to support the organization's continued growth.
- Actively participate in the recruiting and onboarding process for prospective employees.
- Ensure all safety initiatives are rolled out to new and existing employees.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Parking, Restaurants, Hotels, etc.) is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and General Microsoft Office Applications.
