As a vital member of our café team, you will work under the direction of the Starbucks Supervisor to uphold and exceed service expectations, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. Your role will involve delivering prompt service, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and tidy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently create a memorable Starbucks Experience for our guests.
- Provide outstanding service by connecting with customers and demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism, especially during peak times or unexpected situations, to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively assess customer needs and store conditions to anticipate demands.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages, enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or cash handling within the hospitality sector is preferred, with a strong emphasis on prior Starbucks experience. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds, stand and move throughout the work area, and handle food and beverage items. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
