Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring alignment with the organization's core values. The incumbent will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at achieving optimal patient satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. The Nurse Practitioner will function as both a clinician and a supervisor, overseeing clinical staff and managing daily operations under the guidance of the Clinic Manager.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Preferred experience in caring for critically ill pediatric patients in a hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated maturity and leadership skills in a clinical setting.
  • Current certifications in BCLS and PALS are mandatory.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and related technology.
  • Clinically adept in delivering patient care and proficient in the utilization of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including telephones, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Willingness to respond to pages and utilize communication devices as needed.
  • Local travel may be a requirement of the position.
  • Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Compensation
$86.94 per hour
