Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to become a vital member of our TrueCare Medical Clinic team. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive healthcare services to individuals across all age groups, ensuring a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient evaluations.
- Identify and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Design and execute individualized patient care strategies.
- Prescribe necessary medications and therapeutic interventions.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Work alongside physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to guarantee holistic patient care.
- Keep precise and current patient documentation.
- Conduct minor medical procedures and offer emergency care as required.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional growth opportunities.
- Comply with all relevant state and federal regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided by a physician on-site.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and knowledge in family healthcare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
