Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will be expected to uphold the core values of our organization while ensuring a high standard of patient satisfaction. The responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized patient care with a focus on family medicine and preventive health.
  • Supervising clinical staff and overseeing all clinical operations within the clinic.
  • Planning, organizing, and delegating tasks to ensure efficient clinic functioning.
  • Collaborating with the Clinic Manager to enhance patient care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Preferred experience in managing critically ill patients in an inpatient environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and professional maturity.
  • Current certifications in BCLS and PALS are required.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and medical equipment.
  • Ability to effectively utilize communication devices such as telephones and fax machines.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Compensation
$86.94 per hour
