About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aston Carter. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our drivers and carriers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to drivers and carriers via phone and other communication channels
  • Utilize multiple internal systems to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our systems and processes to provide expert-level support
  • Adapt to changing rules and processes with ease and flexibility
Requirements
  • 1+ years of call center experience, preferably in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
