Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain internal workflow diagrams and swim lanes, defining and communicating end-to-end project requirements/scopes, and creating implementation timelines for all ASC, corporate/enterprise, and practice marketing campaigns, projects, and creative development.
  • Closely collaborate with multiple department stakeholders and internal teams to ensure each marketing initiative is successfully completed in a timely manner, within budget, and with appropriate quality outcomes.
  • Partner with various vendors and agencies to ensure their deliverables are on time and on budget.
  • Lead process improvement and strategic project teams to drive implementation of proposed objectives.
  • Maintain and analyze project schedules and prepare regular status reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Track project risks, opportunities, and issues to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.
  • Conduct lessons learnt sessions following every project.
  • Build relationships and maintain communication with key stakeholders and secure required project approvals.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business discipline required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of project management systems (ex: Jira, Asana, Slack), reporting systems and processes.
  • Six Sigma, PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent documentation, communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.
  • Solution-minded, with the ability to influence others towards positive results and actions.
  • Collaborative attitude, connecting people and projects.
Travel:
  • Moderate airline travel required for in-person meetings with clinical locations across the U.S.
