Responsibilities of Multifamily Senior Project Manager - Signature Homes

  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work to meet strategic objectives.
  • Oversee subcontractor bidding processes, including crafting scopes and securing permits.
  • Manage on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to achieve seamless execution of construction plans.
  • Conduct weekly site meetings, ensuring clear communication and project updates for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project closeout procedures, ensuring timely completion of punch lists, final inspections, and documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, maintaining accurate logs and reporting any issues.

Skills & Experience Desired

  • 5-7 years of experience managing multifamily or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Expertise with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations (OSHA 30-hour certification required).
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience securing permits and managing subcontractor relationships.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet project goals.
