About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Fiber to the Home deployment project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of this large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the project, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to deliver a high-quality fiber network.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, in the telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, methodologies, and costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
