We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at ServiceNet, providing nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in our residential programs.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for participants, ensuring optimal health and well-being.
- Institute appropriate follow-up and communicate medical issues to relevant healthcare providers and staff.
- Document all nursing interventions and changes in participant care, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in training staff on personal care, positioning, feeding, and use of supportive devices.
- Accompany participants to medical appointments and Day Programs.
- Valid MA Nursing License.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
- Good communication and computer skills.
