Position Overview
- Deliver immediate crisis intervention and evaluation for children and families in their familiar settings.
- Employ crisis respite facilities as necessary.
- Provide continuous support and treatment until suitable services are arranged.
- Work during non-standard hours with adaptable schedules.
- Engage in collaboration with crisis teams and community stakeholders.
- Travel may be required within a 60-mile radius and participation in meetings on days off.
- Prerequisite: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage.
Additional Information
Schedules are adaptable and determined by the availability of the youth and families served.
Compensation
$58,000 annually, contingent upon educational background and clinical licensure.
Qualifications
Master's degree in a clinical or mental health field is mandatory.
Preferred: One year of clinical experience.
Candidates pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Capability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Personal vehicle and liability insurance are required.
