**Job Overview**
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialists to join our Specialized Crisis Services (SCS) program. As a key member of our team, you will provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crisis, utilizing a systematic treatment model that emphasizes family-centered interventions. Your expertise and dedication will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well-being of our clients and their loved ones.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide mobile crisis response and thorough, strength-based assessments of children and families in crisis
- Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate
- Offer ongoing treatment and intervention to maintain the families until suitable services are secured
- Work non-traditional hours and be flexible with your schedule
- Collaborate effectively with adult crisis teams and community stakeholders
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a clinical or mental health discipline, with one year of clinical experience with youth preferred. Provisionally licensed or working towards licensure is strongly preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a flexible schedule. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and liability insurance are also required.
