Nurse Role in Corrections Department

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Washington Department of Corrections. As a corrections nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of inmates.
About the Job:
This full-time position is based in Tacoma, WA, and offers a competitive salary of $45.00 - $60.00 per hour. We also provide a travel pay package, medical, vision, and dental benefits, as well as 8 days of PTO per year.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care to inmates.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure effective care delivery.
Qualifications:
- A valid Washington RN license.
- A minimum of 6 months of RN experience.
- A current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- A negative TB test within the past year.
- A recent physical exam.
- Current immunization records.
- Ability to pass a background check.
