We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to join our team as a Critical Care Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Neuro/Trauma ICU/PCU department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams, including neuro interventional unit, neuro, trauma and pulmonary/critical care intensivists' teams.

As a critical care manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. You will work closely with our nursing staff, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching our nursing staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers. If you have a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The estimated salary for this position is $74,919 - $104,387 per year, based on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations in the Neuro/Trauma ICU/PCU department
  • Collaboration with multiple teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Mentoring and coaching of nursing staff

  • Leadership and communication with hospital leadership
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing Required / BSN Preferred
  • Three years' experience and clinical knowledge in critical care
  • Two years as a charge nurse or similar leadership role in critical care
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Current BLS certification
