About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Recruiter to join our team at Forvis. As a key representative of our firm, you will be responsible for promoting our brand across campus communities and nurturing relationships with candidates, faculty, and career center staff.

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute the full life-cycle campus recruiting process, from identifying student talent for internships and associate hires to managing relationships with educational institutions and Forvis Mazars personnel.
  • Develop and execute an annual recruiting plan for target universities, ensuring operational excellence and effective candidate communication.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruiting events, including career fairs, student organization meetings, and networking events.
  • SOURCE candidates from targeted universities and online sources, utilizing skills such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and posting boards.
  • Develop relationships with candidates, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Coordinate with offices to plan and execute the office interview process, participating in interview events.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and interactions.
  • Coordinate internship programs and employee onboarding processes as needed.
  • Participate in the development and execution of national recruiting activities as required.


Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong emphasis on customer and relationship experience, event planning, and execution.



Qualifications


  • 2+ years of campus or corporate recruiting experience, preferably with a strong focus on customer/relationship experience and event planning/execution.
  • CPA firm or other professional service firms (financial services, engineering, legal) recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, email, and texting with attention to detail.
