Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Re:Build Manufacturing. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for installing and assembling various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installs and assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Maintains inventory of components, hardware, and other necessary department items.
  • Organizes assembly area and maintains assembly equipment and tooling.
  • Contributes ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation.
  • Communicates with management, team leads, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues.
  • Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Can read a basic drawing and work instructions.
  • Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
  • Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Honest and timely communication.
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude.
  • Integrity and safety.
