About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our membership sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute our membership sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell our membership programs to existing members, promoting the benefits and value of our services
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including our membership programs and promotions

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or membership-based environment
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
