Job Overview:
As a vital member of our Customer Experience Center, you will engage in essential scheduling and telephonic support, focusing on enhancing the overall patient experience. Your role will involve assisting patients, healthcare professionals, and the public in navigating healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient access to comprehensive system services by employing active listening techniques to identify customer needs.
- Support patients and healthcare professionals in accessing necessary healthcare services.
- Conduct scheduling and phone support with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating the healthcare system effectively.
- Provide paging services as required.
- Ensure accurate and complete data entries in accordance with system registration processes.
- Handle data necessary for paging critical events and creating telephone encounters.
- Utilize various computer systems for scheduling and registration, including electronic medical records.
- May involve using digital platform tools and operating multi-phone systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum age of 16 years with relevant education and/or experience to meet functional competencies.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; Associate's or Vocational degree is a plus.
- 0 to 2 years of customer service experience required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Sedentary role:
Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. and negligible weight frequently.
