About the Role

Eide Bailly is a top 25 CPA and business advisory firm seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager to join our team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing high-level tax returns for clients in various industries, including banking, real estate, high tech/software, and manufacturing/distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review high-level tax returns for clients in various industries
  • Work with clients and staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline
  • Review, approve, and sign tax returns for release to clients
  • Coach or mentor staff members to enhance their skills and further develop their careers
  • Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns
  • Network, build relationships, and attract new clients or business for the firm
  • Bill clients for services and guidance provided
Requirements
  • Active CPA license and 7+ years of experience in public accounting tax work
  • Pass-through entity, multi-state, and complex individual tax experience a plus
  • Knowledge of and exposure to various industries and ability to read a financial statement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to notice issues and bring solutions to the table
  • Pride in helping others and ability to lead a team of high-performing individuals
