About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our outpatient therapy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our therapy team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for our patients and families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience working with an interdisciplinary team and emphasis on rehabilitation services.
  • Case management skills and/or certification in case management preferred.
