Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Research and Development, Process Development, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and quality records.
- Education: Associate's degree in Chemistry or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and basic understanding of statistics.
- Availability: Ability to work a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
