  • Manage special projects and assignments that require research, justification, and recommendations in support of policy and/or procedure change considerations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, math/science, or related field.
  • Moderate experience in public or nonprofit sector with focus in data analysis, administrative support, housing authorities and public housing, housing program financing and/or funding, project management, grant writing and management, contract management, cost-estimating.
  • Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of data analysis, housing programs, financing, project management and accounting.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, regulatory agency administrators, and the general public.
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
