Customer Service Representative

Join TechSmith's dynamic team as a Customer Service Intern and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with customers to gather information and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Take ownership of customer issues, escalating them to the relevant teams as needed to prevent future occurrences.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and pre- and post-sales questions.
- Capture critical product and customer data to enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes.
- Develop a working knowledge of TechSmith software and its applications, enabling you to effectively communicate its benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and team goals, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- A passion for technology and software applications, with a desire to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and enrolled in a degree program in communications, social sciences, hospitality, international relations, or a related field.
- A proactive and go-getter attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Dependable and reliable, with a good work history and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Previous sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish languages, although not required.
