Job Summary:

The GMP Technician will be responsible for ensuring that assigned areas within the facility meet or exceed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. This includes maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
    • Stop at-risk behavior of others and self.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
    • Communicate with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Maintain clean work area.
    • Use proper personal protective equipment.
    • Present a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Training and Development:
    • Fully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification.
    • Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
    • Must be trained and certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma / GED – preferred.
    • 6mo to 1 year of experience – preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses:
    • CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
    • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
    • Completed all safety and task training certification.
    • May be required to be forklift certified.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
    • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
    • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
Benefits:

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
