Position Summary

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by providing essential administrative and technical assistance. This position requires maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information and adhering to all integrity protocols.

Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere to integrity guidelines and ensure the accuracy of student data.
2. Manage and organize staff employment applications and resumes.
3. Conduct reference checks for prospective employees.
4. Pre-screen candidates and administer necessary pre-employment assessments.
5. Process onboarding paperwork and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
6. Assist employees with benefit enrollment processes.
7. Facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
8. Collect and manage personnel data for reporting and HRIS purposes.
9. Prepare various documents including reports, memos, and performance evaluations.
10. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy.
11. Reconcile monthly billing for drug screening services.
12. Advertise job openings through internal and external channels.
13. Research and curate training materials and programs.
14. Coordinate training logistics and activities.
15. Support employee recognition initiatives.
16. Oversee the staff mentoring program.
17. Provide training on student sexual harassment prevention as needed.
18. Deliver high-quality work consistently and within deadlines.
19. Maintain professional attendance and productivity standards.
20. Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives.
21. Apply job knowledge to fulfill responsibilities and enhance skills.
22. Mentor and model professional standards as outlined by the organization.
23. Supervise and manage student interactions positively and respectfully.
24. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective service delivery.
25. Accept guidance from management and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. An Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in human resources is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Human Resources Certification is a plus.
