Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Ten or more years of experience leading an HR team and working in various HR areas, with the ability to align HR practices to organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Experience with both hourly and exempt workforces is required.
  • Experience in third-party logistics or supply chain is preferred.
  • Able to operate in a multi-state environment, possessing knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, along with local practices.
  • Understands our value proposition and can articulate how we serve our customers.
  • Expert leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute action plans with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to make decisions based on people analytics.
  • Ability to develop a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis.
